ndogg writes "Adapteva had started a Kickstarter project to fund mass production of a highly parallel computer for just $99. They have met their Kickstarter goal. Their first system will have a dual-core ARM A9 that will control their 16-core Epiphany accelerator (each core running at 700 Mhz). It will ship with Ubuntu pre-installed."
