bs0d3 writes "After the Dutch Pirate Party took Brein to court in hopes of over-turning a recent order that prohibited the party from operating a Pirate Bay proxy site, a temporary court order has been issued. As of now, with the trial pending, the Pirate Party can continue to operate the proxy site.. (ruling in dutch)."
