derGoldstein writes "Ars technica is reporting that the RAW file format is finally going to be supported natively in Windows Explorer and Windows Live Photo Gallery. Here's the announcement from Microsoft. The catch? It's only available for Windows Vista and Windows 7. XP users will still have to rely on third-party software."
