ITProPortal writes that "ARM has just announced a partnership with a Chinese company to produce 40nm SoC chips for netbooks, laptops and computers. The SoC uses a 2Ghz dual core Cortex A9 processor and consumes around 2w. The first products will be demoed at CES 2011 in Las Vegas. ""
